This is my recipe for spring although I’ve had it at other times during the year. It’s delicious and easy to fix.   Angel Lush with Pineapple*   1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling 1 can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapples in juice, undrained 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping 1 package (10 oz.) prepared round angel food cake 10 small strawberries (I used other fruit, too)   Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate. For the holidays my recipe is Carrot Cheesecake Bars from These bars are delicious and easy for entertaining or taking to a party.   Carrot Cheesecake Bars Ingredients: ½ stick of butter, melted; 1½ cups Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs; 1 cup sugar; 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon; 3-8 oz packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened; 1 teaspoon vanilla; ¾ cup sour cream; 3 eggs; ¾ cup finely shredded carrots (about 2); and 1½ cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping. Directions: Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix butter, crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Then press onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan. Bake ten minutes. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and the remaining sugar and cinnamon in large bowl with mixer until blended....
