This is my recipe for spring although I’ve had it at other times during the year. It’s delicious and easy to fix.   Angel Lush with Pineapple*   1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling 1 can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapples in juice, undrained 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping 1 package (10 oz.) prepared round angel food cake 10 small strawberries (I used other fruit, too)   Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate. Carrot Cheesecake Bars

For the holidays my recipe is Carrot Cheesecake Bars from http://www.kraftrecipes.com. These bars are delicious and easy for entertaining or taking to a party.   Carrot Cheesecake Bars Ingredients: ½ stick of butter, melted; 1½ cups Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs; 1 cup sugar; 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon; 3-8 oz packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened; 1 teaspoon vanilla; ¾ cup sour cream; 3 eggs; ¾ cup finely shredded carrots (about 2); and 1½ cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping. Directions: Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix butter, crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Then press onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan. Bake ten minutes. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and the remaining sugar and cinnamon in large bowl with mixer until blended....
