This week I’m hosting Lyn Cote with Where Honor Began (ebook-prequel to Honor) and Rhonda Gibson with A Pony Express Christmas (US only). If you want to enter the drawings for the books, please leave a comment on your post with your email address. I will not enter you without an email address (my way to contact you if you win). If you don’t want to leave an email address, another way you can enter is to email me at margaretdaley@gmail.com. The drawings end Sunday (Dec. 14th) evening.
IInterview with the hero from A Pony Express Christmas by Rhonda Gibson:
1. Jake Bridges, tell me the most interesting thing about you. I suppose the most interesting thing is that I recently took a job for the Pony Express as a stock tender. I take care of the riders horses.
2. What do you do for fun? I enjoy fishing, especially in the winter, ice fishing is a lot of fun.
3. What do you put off doing because you dread it? Mucking out stalls.
4. What are you afraid of most in life? Never being loved.
5. What do you want out of life? To someday have my own ranch.
6. What is the most important thing to you? Recently, I discovered I have a niece. She’s what’s most important to me now.
7. Do you read books? If so, what is your favorite type of book? I read the Bible. I love reading about King David.
8. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? My stubborn pride. I’m working on it and I suppose it’s not as bad as it used to be.
9. Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet? No, I don’t have time for pets but I do love my horse.
10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why? I’d go back to the day that my brother told me he’d married my fiancé. Because I regret leaving and never speaking to him again.
