This week I’m hosting Debbie Viguie with Kiss of Night, Sandra Robbins with Alabama Brides, and Christine Lindsay with Shadowed in Silk. If you want to enter the drawings for the books, please leave a comment on one of the post during the week with your email address. I will not enter you without an email address (my way to contact you if you win). If you don’t want to leave an email address, another way you can enter is to email me at margaretdaley@gmail.com. The drawings end Sunday (October 23rd) evening.
Interview with the hero for Kiss of Night by Debbie Viguie:
1. Raphael, tell me the most interesting thing about you.
I am a vampire and I’m struggling to become a better person than I was before I was turned.
2. What do you do for fun?
I can’t remember. It has been so long since I enjoyed anything like that. My days are spent on an endless quest for the vampire that stole something precious from me.
3. What do you put off doing because you dread it?
I dread speaking to God. I believe He exists, but I can’t bring myself to connect with Him.
4. What are you afraid of most in life?
I’m terrified of falling back into the evil life I once lived. As a man I was a monster. Now that I’m a monster I’m struggling to be a man.
5. What do you want out of life?
To find the vampire who stole the most precious thing I have and to stop him from turning this world into his own.
6. What is the most important thing to you?
Protecting Susan Lambert. She is far more special than she knows.
7. Do you read books? If so, what is your favorite type of book?
I do not read books although many vampires are well read.
8. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would be a man that Susan could love and who could love her in return.
9. Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet?
No, but I have often dreamed of owning a dog. I love dogs. They are the one creature I could never harm.
10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why?
I would travel back to the Second Crusade and I would find myself and stop myself from doing the evil things that caused me to attract a vampire’s attention. And if I could not make my younger self change, I would kill myself to avoid this fate.
