Bio for Richard Mabry:

Richard L. Mabry, MD, is a retired physician and medical school professor who achieved worldwide recognition as a writer, speaker, and teacher before turning his talents to non-medical writing after his retirement. His debut novel of medical suspense, Code Blue, garnered rave reviews and was repeatedly ranked in the top 50 medical thrillers on Amazon. Medical Error is his second novel, and will be followed next spring by Diagnosis Death, the third and final book in the Prescription For Trouble series.
Richard and his wife live in North Texas, where, when he’s not writing or struggling with his golf game, he’s working at being the world’s best grandfather.

Blurb for Medical Error by Richard L. Mabry, MD:

Dr. Anna McIntyre’s life was going along just fine until someone else began living it. In a single day, she finds herself suspected of a felony, about to be suspended from her position at the medical school, and likely to be the target of a malpractice suit. Could it get worse? She finds that it can, and it does.

Bio for Lorna Seilstad:

Lorna Seilstad has called Iowa home her whole life. She received her B.S. in education from Lubbock Christian University. After her first child was born, she quit teaching and became a professional wiper. “I wiped noses, tears, skinned knees, baby’s bottoms, and countertops every day. But at naptime, I wrote.” Today, she writes historical fiction with a generous dash of humor, and lives in Iowa with her husband and three children–ages 18, 16, and 11. Back Cover Copy for Making Waves by Lorna Seilstad:

Sun, summer, and a scrumptious sailing instructor. What more could a girl want?

When spunky Marguerite Westing discovers that her family will spend the summer of 1895 at Lake Manawa, Iowa, she couldn’t be more thrilled. It’s the perfect way to escape her agonizingly boring suitor, Roger Gordon. It’s also where she stumbles upon two new loves: sailing, and sailing instructor Trip Andrews.

But this summer of fun turns to turmoil as her father’s secrets threaten to ruin the family forever. Will free-spirited Marguerite marry Roger to save her father’s name and fortune? Or will she follow her heart–even if it means hurting the family she loves?

Full of sharp wit and blossoming romance, Making Waves will whisk you away to a breezy lakeside summer holiday.

Bio of Darlene Franklin:

Award-winning author and speaker Darlene Franklin recently returned to cowboy country—Oklahoma—to be near family. She recently signed the contract for her twelth book. This fall she is celebrating the repacking of her Rhode Island romance in Seaside Romance and her third novella anthology, Face of Mary in A Woodland Christmas. Blurb for A Woodland Christmas:

Four couples carve a niche for love in the Piney Woods of East Texas. An itinerant woodcarver moves from town to town in the woodlands, delivering “sawdust sermons” that hold even more value than the furniture he crafts. Will the advice he dispenses help four couples find their way to the miracle of love at Christmas? In my novella, The Face of Mary, Mary “Polly” Jessup holds onto a promise of marriage made five years ago, but when Joseph “Joey” Carpenter returns from law school with a new outlook and new girlfriend, her future hopes are dashed.
