This week I’m hosting Jenness Walker with Double Take and A.K. Arenz with The Case of the Mystified M.D. If you want to enter the drawing for the book, please leave a comment on one of the post during the week with your email address. I will not enter you without an email address (my way to contact you if you win). If you don’t want to leave an email address, another way you can enter is to email me at margaretdaley@gmail.com. The drawings end Sunday (Oct. 18th) evening.

Heroine Interview from The Case of the Mystified M. D. by A.K. Arenz:

1. Glory Harper, tell me the most interesting thing about you.

Interesting, huh? Well, I do have an insatiable desire to know how things work, what’s going on, etcetera.

2. What do you do for fun?

I love spending time with my family. I’ve a wonderful sister and daughter, and my grandson is a gift from God. Andi, my daughter, is pregnant, which is really exciting. Other than family, I’d say that solving mysteries is the other pastime I enjoy.

3. What do you put off doing because you dread it?

I’m not overly fond of vacuuming—or dusting . . . or cleaning the bathroom.

4. What are you afraid of most in life?

Honestly? I’d have to say having a murderer come after my family or me. Wait . . . that’s already happened. So, yes, definitely. That would be the correct answer.

5. What do you want out of life?

To live happily ever after – isn’t that what everyone wants?

6. What is the most important thing to you?

My faith in God sees me through both good times and bad. Without Him . . . I’d be toast.

7. Do you read?

Love to!

If so, what is your favorite type of book to read?

Mysteries, suspense, thrillers.

8. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Um . . . I’d have to say that being a little less curious would probably help my relationships. They’d have less reason to get upset with me.

9. Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet?

I sort of have a puppy. My sister Jane gave her to me. But to be honest, she likes Jane best. Her name is Misty, and she’s about as curious as I am, which isn’t necessarily a good thing.

10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why?

Though the thought’s intriguing, I’d have to decline. I just know there are way too many things to get me into trouble and I have a hard enough time dealing with my own time without having to worry if I might accidentally interfere with the course of history!
