Time to write can be difficult to come by. If you are serious about writing, you need to set a schedule to write–block out time in your day to sit at the computer or write on a pad. If not, it is easy to get sidetracked. Life happens. If you write usually every day if only for a little while, it makes it easier because so much of writing is a habit. It’s a mind set. I often go back and read what I wrote the day before to get me started writing. When you haven’t been writing for a while, you can lose your rhythm and it may take a while to get back. So to paraphrase a old saying, write a day will keep the writer’s block away.
