Lamb of God

Have you ever gone to church and the message in the sermon is just what you needed to hear? That happened to be today. The sermon revolved around the Gospel According to John, “Here is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” I had been wrestling with how to resolve my heroine’s faith crisis in the book I am writing for Love Inspired Suspense. The message hit me like a neon sign blinking on and off in my mind. Because of her past she doesn’t feel worthy of God’s love. She’s never experienced the kind of forgiveness Jesus has promised us. As I was resolving my heroine’s problem, it reinforced in me how lucky this world is to have God in it. Have a wonderful week.
