Interviews

I will be starting something new with my blog (I will continue to post writing tips and personal tidbits, too). Most weeks I will be posting at least one author interview. Usually I will also have a book giveaway from that author. I hope you will come back each week to see who I am interviewing and what book is being given away.

This week I will be interview Jill Elizabeth Nelson and having a drawing for her book. If you would like to be included in the drawing email me at Mdaley50@aol.com and let me know. I will pick the winner next Sunday evening.

BIO: Jill Elizabeth Nelson takes art serious–when she’s not having fun with it, that is. The To Catch a Thief series combines her love of the written word with her love of other art forms. She’s thrilled if the adventures that spill from her imagination can raise awareness about art theft–deemed “a looming criminal enterprise” by the FBI. Jill and her husband, Doug, have four children and live in rural Minnesota.

BLURB FOR RELUCTANT RUNAWAY (her latest–March 2007, Multnomah Publisher):
Stolen Indian artifacts . . .

A dead museum guard . . .

A missing wife and mom. . . .

A baby in mortal danger . . .

Museum security expert Desiree Jacobs and FBI agent Tony Lucano scramble to unearth the horrifying secret that links every incident. The investigation thrusts them into the path of something dark and sinister.

Something that craves blood sacrifice.

From the high society of the U.S. capital to the streets of Desi’s beloved Boston to the mountain desert of New Mexico, Desi and Tony must thwart forces of darkness—relying on God’s guidance and strength—to save a young woman and her baby from a villain more desperate than they can imagine.
