Interview with the heroine from Falling for Texas by Jill Lynn:

1. Olivia Grayson, tell me the most interesting thing about you.

I speak French fluently yet live in a small Texas town. I’m the high school volleyball coach. I love to win, though I don’t lose my temper over a loss.

2. What do you do for fun?

Fun? What’s that? Just teasing. As a teacher, I do spend a lot of my time grading papers and writing lesson plans. In my free time, I like to read, drink coffee, and watch movies. Between school and coaching, my life is pretty full.

3. What do you put off doing because you dread it?

Grading papers. It doesn’t take me that long once I start, but I always dread it. I usually have a chick flick playing in the background if I’m grading at home.

4. What are you afraid of most in life?

I’m most afraid of finding out that I’m as unredeemable as I believe I am.

5. What do you want out of life?

Kids. A husband. Love. It seems to be the thing that always stays just out of reach for me.

6. What is the most important thing to you?

Family. People. Relationships.

7. Do you read? If so, what is your favorite type of book to read?

I do love to read. I’ll read anything from the occasional romance (who doesn’t love a happy ending?) to memoirs to non-fiction.

8. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I’d have more grace for myself and the mistakes I’ve made. I tend to be very hard on myself.

9. Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet?

No pets yet as I’ve just made a move and live in an apartment. Although, I’ve got a thing for this dog I know. Her name’s Cocoa and she belongs to one of my players’ families. She’s tough and protective of the ones she loves. I like that about her.

10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why?

I’d go back into my past and erase a few mistakes I’ve made. I can think of one in particular that I’d really love to be redo.
