Belle Calhoune grew up in Massachusetts in a family of five children.  The daughter of a physician and a biologist, she  always had her nose in a book.  A lover of romance novels since she was in middle school, she always dreamed of writing her own love stories.   After graduating from Thayer Academy she attended Syracuse University, where she received a B.A. in English.  After a thirteen year career as a Federal Investigator in Boston, she became a stay at home mom after the birth of her youngest daughter and a relocation to Connecticut.  She spends her days writing, catering to her two dogs (a mini poodle and a chocolate lab) and driving her kids to their various activities.

In her down time Belle enjoys family time, swimming, eating chocolate and watching classic movies. She loves traveling to such locations as Bahamas, Mexico and Puerto Rico.  She enjoys spending summers in lovely Cape Cod.  Having studied French for ten years, Belle has traveled extensively through France and visited Paris, Nice, Provence and Normandy, as well as many other French towns.

Belle lives with her college sweetheart husband and two beautiful daughters in Southern Connecticut.  Writing inspirational romance novels and working in her pajamas is a dream come true.

Blurb for Reunited with the Sheriff by Belle Calhoune:

The Prodigal Returns

After injuring her best friend in a car accident, Cassidy Blake decided to leave town permanently. But now that her mother’s sick, she’s back to make amends. Sheriff Tate Lynch doesn’t want to forgive his former fiancée for his sister’s injury or for breaking his heart. And he certainly doesn’t want to admit he still has feelings for her. The community can see her commitment to the town as she helps rebuild a church destroyed in a storm. But Tate’s afraid of history repeating itself, even though Cassidy’s actions prove she’s a different person. Could the last secret she harbors about the accident drive Tate away for good?

Blurb for Stalking Willow by Fay Lamb:

Bitterness, a stalker, and a neighbor to die for. What’s a girl to do?

Trailed by a stalker in New York City, Willow Thomas, a young ad executive, scurries back to her small North Carolina hometown and the lake house where ten years earlier a scandal revealed her entire life had been a lie, and a seed of bitterness took root in her soul. The cocoon of safety Willow feels upon her arrival home soon unravels when she meets opposition from her family, faces the man she left behind, and the stalker reveals he is close on her heels.

Can Willow learn to trust God to tear out her roots of resentment, reunite her family, ferret out a deadly stalker, and to rekindle the love she left behind?

Skye_Finalcover_lowresBio for Carla Laureano:

Carla Laureano has held many job titles—professional marketer, small business consultant, and martial arts instructor—but writer is by far her favorite. She currently lives in Denver with her patient husband and two rambunctious sons, who know only that Mom’s work involves lots of coffee and talking to imaginary people.

Blurb for Five Days in Skye by Carla Laureano:

Hospitality consultant Andrea Sullivan has one last chance to snag a high-profile client or she’ll have to kiss her dreams of promotion good-bye. When she’s sent to meet Scottish celebrity chef James MacDonald on the Isle of Skye, she just wants to finish her work as efficiently as possible. Yet her client is not the opportunistic womanizer he portrays himself to be, and her attraction to him soon dredges up memories she’d rather leave buried.

For James, renovating the family hotel is a fulfillment of his late father’s dreams. When his hired consultant turns out to be beautiful, intelligent, and completely unimpressed by his public persona, he makes it his mission to win her over. He just never expects to fall under her spell.

Soon, both Andrea and James must face the reality that God may have a far different purpose for their lives—and that five days in Skye will forever change their outlook on life and love.
