This week I’m hosting  Nicole O’Dell with The Shadowed Onyx, Joi Copeland with Hope for the Journey, Virginia Carmichael with Season of Joy, and Marlene Banks with Greenwood and Archer.  If you want to enter the drawings for the books, please leave a comment on one of the post during the week with your email address. I will not enter you without an email address (my way to contact you if you win). If you don’t want to leave an email address, another way you can enter is to email me at margaretdaley@gmail.com. The drawings end Sunday (December 9th) evening.

Interview with the hero Hope for the Journey by Joi Copeland:

1. Steven, tell me the most interesting thing about you. Hm. Well, I’d say the most interesting thing about me is that I love people. I really enjoy getting to know others and hearing their stories. Everyone has a story. We need more people to be willing to listen to them.

2.  What do you do for fun? Play basketball with my Men of God group (MOG), hang out with Josephine and her family, serving in the soup kitchen

3.  What do you put off doing because you dread it? The dishes. I don’t really enjoy doing them. Guess it’s a good thing I’m a bachelor!

4.  What are you afraid of most in life? Losing my family and friends. I hate to think about what life would be like without them.

5.  What do you want out of life? I want to love as Jesus does, live as He would, and have a family one day.

6.  What is the most important thing to you? My relationship with Jesus. It used to be marriage and finding the right person, but God really worked on my heart with that. He showed me I needed to trust Him and let Him be my everything.

7.  Do you read books? If so, what is your favorite type of book? I do read. I haven’t had much time lately, but I enjoy mysteries and fantasy.

8.  If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I would change how slow I am to act on things. I know it can be good, but sometimes, I take too long and end up missing out on something.

9.  Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet? Nope. No pets. Maybe a dog or a cat one day, but not for a while.

1o. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why? I would go back to the first day I saw Josephine and pursue her. I would ask her out right away. I think if I would’ve done that, we’d be in a relationship by now.

Thank you for having me!
