I will not enter you without an email address (my way to contact you if you win). If you don’t want to leave an email address, another way you can enter is to email me at margaretdaley@gmail.com. The drawings end Sunday (August 26th) evening.

Interview with the heroine from Found in the Woods by LoRee Peery:

1.  Beth Phillips, Todd, Littlefield, Phillips, tell me the most interesting thing about you.

You get an idea by the way my name has changed I have a story to tell. Right now, I’m living in a rustic cabin in the woods. And my new friend is a wolf.

2.  What do you do for fun?

For some nutty reason, I pick up abandoned shoes lying in the street. Maybe because I see myself as remaining single, but never abandoned? I’m also part-time at Frivolities, where the smiles of customers make me feel good as they discover treasures in the shop.

3.  What do you put off doing because you dread it?

I have to face my past to overcome any future fears.

4.  What are you afraid of most in life?

That my ex-husband will get out of jail and come after me.

5.  What do you want out of life?

Discover the Lord’s plan for my life. I have no idea what to do with the rest of my life.

6.  What is the most important thing to you?

My new belief. I must cling to the knowledge God is bigger than any big man I will ever face.

7.  Do you read? If so, what is your favorite type of book to read?

Right now it’s the Bible. In rehab I read recovery books and learned about wolves.

8.  If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I’m so used to abuse, I would change what cries out to the wrong person to mistreat me and become lovable instead.

9.  Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet?

I am in touch with Lakota, a gray wolf in the wild. He came to me.

10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why?

Back to high school, where I made a deliberate choice that ruined the lives of my best friends Moselle and Eric. But they seem to be doing all right now.
