This week I’m hosting Jean C. Gordon with Small-Town Sweethearts and Margaret Daley with Deadly Race (ebook only). If you want to enter the drawings for the books, please leave a comment on one of the post during the week with your email address. I will not enter you without an email address (my way to contact you if you win). If you don’t want to leave an email address, another way you can enter is to email me at margaretdaley@gmail.com. The drawings end Sunday (January 1st) evening.

Heroine Interview from Deadly Race by Margaret Daley:

1.Ellie Winters, tell me the most interesting thing about you.

I love to travel but I am afraid of heights which makes flying hard for me.

2.  What do you do for fun?

I love to read romances and experience life. Trying new things is fun. Being impulsive can, however, get me into trouble.

3.  What do you put off doing because you dread it?

Balancing my checkbook. I’m terrible with numbers.

4.  What are you afraid of most in life?

Heights.

5.  What do you want out of life?

I love children and hope one day to have my own family–a husband and kids. The whole nine yards.

6.  What is the most important thing to you?

Finding a man who will love me for who I am. Look beyond my outer appearance to the person inside.

7.  Do you read? If so, what is your favorite type of book to read?

Romance. I love a good love story.

8.  If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I’m way too curious.

9.  Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet?

I don’t have a pet because I’m a nanny who moves from job to job. It is hard to take a pet with me.

10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why?

I should never have taken the governess job for Mr. Martinez’s children (but they are so adorable). If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t be desperate right now for a way off Bella Isla. Mr. Martinez isn’t who he says he is. He wants to start a revolution!
