It’s obvious to Sophie that handsome, cantankerous Josh hides his pain behind a wall of grief. Little by little, Sophie and her son, Eli, do more than help Josh find his faith again. They make Josh wonder if there’s a family in his future after all….

Aspen Creek Crossroads: Where faith, love and healing meet.

Bio for Margaret Brownley:

Thrills, mystery, suspense, romance: Margaret penned it all. Nothing wrong with this—except Margaret happened to be writing for the church newsletter. After making the church picnic read like a Grisham novel, her former pastor took her aside and said, “Maybe God’s calling you to write fiction.”

So that’s what Margaret did. She now has more than 25 novels and novellas to her credit and has been published in 15 languages.  The first book in her Rocky Creek series A Lady Like Sarah was a 2010 Women of Faith selection, and Romance Writers of American RITA finalist. Her next book A Vision of Lucy will be released in June.

Happily married to her real life hero, Margaret and her husband live in Southern California, and have three grown children.

Blurb of A Vision for Lucy:

When Posing for Lucy anything can happen—and usually does.

Lucy Fairbanks dreams of working as a photographer at the Rocky Creek newspaper. If she can earn money making photographs, then maybe her father will see that what she does is worthy, more than just a distraction.

But trouble follows Lucy on every photo shoot: a mess of petticoats and ribbons, an accidental shooting, even a fire.

When Lucy meets David Wolf—a quiet, rustic man who lives on the outskirts of town—she thinks she can catch the attention of the editor with his photograph.

But instead of landing her a job Lucy’s photograph stirs up old resentments and hurts, forever changing the town, and revealing the truth about David’s past that left him deeply scarred.  The truth turns out to be more painful than the lies—especially when it keeps him from the woman he loves.

Bio for Carolyn Williford:

Carolyn Williford has authored seven books, including /Jordan’s Bend, Devotions for Families That Can’t Sit Still/, and /Faith Tango,/ as well as numerous articles/./ She and her husband, Craig, live in Deerfield, Illinois, where he serves as president of Trinity International University. They have two children and four grandchildren.

Blurb for Bridge to a Distant Star:

It All Comes Tumbling Down.As a storm rages in the night, unwary drivers venture onto Tampa Bay’s most renowned bridge. No one sees the danger ahead. No one notices the jagged gap hidden by the darkness and rain. Yet when the bridge collapses vehicles careen into the churning waters of the bay below.

In that one catastrophic moment, three powerful stories converge: a family ravaged by their child’s heartbreaking news, a marriage threatened by its own facade, and a college student burdened by self doubt. As each story unfolds, the characters move steadily closer to that fateful moment on the bridge. And while each character searches for grace, the storms in their lives loom as large as the storm that awaits them above the bay.

When these characters intersect in Carolyn Williford’s gripping and moving volume of three novellas, they also collide with the transforming truth of Christ: /Deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow me.
