Blurb for Sweet Baklava:

The product of a split home, Paula Andrews is conflicted about the only guy she’s ever loved, Nick Papadopoulos who is coming home on leave from the Air Force. Years earlier, Nick grew impatient and abandoned his family’s sponge and restaurant businesses in the Greek community of Tarpon Springs, Florida. When the two of them see each other after years of being separated, romantic sparks and memories sweeter than the baklava in Nick’s aunt’s bakery replace the awkwardness.

Paula experiences all sorts of emotional tugs—from Nick’s going back to his base in Texas to her mother’s coming to her for emotional support. Nick’s cousins are relentless in their scheming to keep the flame burning between Nick and Paula. Years later, and after lives that have grown apart, is it possible for these two people to rekindle what they once had?

Bio for Diane Burke:

Award-winning author, Diane Burke lives in Florida, nestled between the excitement of the Daytona Speedway and the quiet, historical St. Augustine. When not writing, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, reading, sitting by the ocean and playing with her dogs, Thea and Cocoa.

Diane would love to hear from her readers. She can be reached at diane@dianeburkeauthor.com

Blurb for Double Identity:

Sophie Clarkston is shocked to learn that she isn’t who she thinks. Her birth certificate is forged. Her name—made up. And her widowed “father” is suddenly missing, leaving behind a heartbreaking letter asking forgiveness. Desperate for answers, Sophie turns to private investigator Cain Garrison in tiny Promise, Virginia. But the moment they leave his office, her life is threatened and her home ransacked. Who is after her? And who, exactly, is she? With questions about his own past, Cain vows to help Sophie uncover the truth. Before someone comes out of the shadows to keep it hidden forever.

Bio for Jill Eileen Smith:

Jill Eileen Smith is the best-selling author of Michal and Abigail, books one and two in The Wives of King David series. She has more than twenty years of writing experience, and her writing has gathered acclaim in several contests. Her research into the lives of David’s wives has taken her from the Bible to Israel, and she particularly enjoys learning how women lived in Old Testament times.

When she isn’t writing, she enjoys spending time with her family; in person, over the webcam, or hopping a plane to fly across the country. She can often be found reading Christian fiction, testing new recipes, grabbing lunch with friends, or snuggling one or both of her two adorable cats. She lives with her family in southeast Michigan.

Blurb for Bathsheba:

Bathsheba is a woman who longs for love. With her devout husband away fighting the king’s wars for many months at a time, discontent and loneliness dog her steps–and make it frighteningly easy to succumb to King David’s charm and attention. Though she immediately regrets her involvement with the powerful king, the pieces are set in motion that will destroy everything she holds dear. Can she find forgiveness at the feet of the Almighty? Or has her sin separated her from God–and David–forever?

With a historian’s sharp eye for detail and a novelist’s creative spirit, Jill Eileen Smith brings to life the passionate and emotional story of David’s most famous–and infamous–wife. Smith uses her gentle hand to draw out the humanity in her characters, allowing readers to see themselves in the three-dimensional lives and minds of people who are often viewed in starkly moralistic terms. You will never read the story of David and Bathsheba in the same way again.
