This week I’m hosting Camy Tang with Formula for Danger, Kay Strom with The Voyage of Promise and Martha Rogers with Finding Becky. If you want to enter the drawings, please leave a comment on one of the post during the week with your email address. I will not enter you without an email address (my way to contact you if you win). If you don’t want to leave an email address, another way you can enter is to email me at margaretdaley@gmail.com. The drawings end Sunday (September 19th) evening.

Interview with the hero for Formula for Danger by Camy Tang:

1. Edward Villa, tell me the most interesting thing about you.

I own a successful greenhouse business. I grow exotic, hard-to-nurture plants for wealthy clients all over the world. Right now I’m growing delicate Malaysian basil for Rachel Grant, the dermatologist researcher at Joy Luck Life spa in Sonoma.

2. What do you do for fun?

My brother Alex and I go off-roading with ATVs in the foothills of Sonoma. But we don’t often get time because when we’re not working at my greenhouses, we’re helping our mama at her farm.

3. What do you put off doing because you dread it?

Anything that will hurt my mama. She has taken care of us especially when our dad was too busy at work and wasn’t around.

4. What are you afraid of most in life?

Being hurt and neglected again by someone like my workaholic father.

5. What do you want out of life?

Happiness for my mama and my family.

6. What is the most important thing to you?

God is my strength.

7. Do you read books? If so, what is your favorite type of book?

I don’t really read books, but I read lots of farming and gardening magazines.

8. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I am hesitant to trust people if they seem to care too much about their work because of how my father neglected us because of his work.

9. Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet?

No.

10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why?

I’d like to travel back to the time of the Incas to see their civilization and culture. I think that would be cool.
