It’s Not About Him‘s blurb:

Susie wakes up after a party knowing something isn’t right. When she discovers she is pregnant but has no idea who the father is, she decides to place her baby for adoption with an infertile couple from church. Following through ends up being more challenging than she’d imagined. But she wants to do the right thing. If only Jeff would quit trying to marry her so she’ll keep her baby! Why doesn’t he understand? It’s not about him; it’s about what’s best for her child. Meanwhile, a man shows up in her life that looks irritatingly familiar. Could he be the father?

Marta Perry’s bio:

Marta Perry has written everything from Sunday School curriculum to travel articles to magazine stories in more than twenty years of writing. Her start came when she tried writing stories for church school papers when she was a Director of Christian Education. After having over three hundred of her short stories and articles in print, she felt it was time to concentrate on her first love—writing book-length fiction.

TWICE IN A LIFETIME, a September Love Inspired release, is her thirty-second book for Steeple Hill and is the first book in The Bodines, an inspirational romance series set in South Carolina featuring Coast Guard characters.

Berkley Books will bring out Marta’s three-book Amish series in trade paper format, beginning with LEAH’S CHOICE in November, to be followed by RACHEL’S GARDEN in March and ANNA’S RETURN in June.

Marta’s books have received numerous awards, including the HOLT Medallion, RT Reviewers Choice Award, the Rising Star Award, the Write Touch Award, and the Inspirational Readers Choice Award, and she has been a Rita Finalist. She is a member of Romance Writers of America, the Faith, Hope and Love Chapter, and American Christian Fiction Writers.

Marta lives in rural Pennsylvania, where she is active in church and community activities. She and her husband spend part of each year at their second home in South Carolina. When she’s not writing, she’s probably visiting her children and her six beautiful grandchildren, traveling, gardening, or relaxing with a good book.

Twice in a Lifetime‘s blurb:

When her family calls broken-hearted Georgia Lee Bodine home to Charleston, she knows there’s trouble. Her beloved grandmother has hired some fancy lawyer to carry out eccentric requests—and unearth an old family secret.

Georgia plans to send Matthew Harper packing until she discovers how much the widowed father cares about her grandmother. And that his heart is even more deeply guarded than her own. As they work together on the Bodine secret, they uncover a surprise about themselves: that love really can strike twice in a lifetime.

Cowboy Christmas‘s blurb:

Elijah Walker’s lost his father at the hands of a deceitful woman. The one thing he can’t abide is lies. Citified Annette Talbot is on the run from something, and Eli knows a liar when he sees one. After a lifetime of being a good girl who does what she’s told, Annette’s obedient nature has led her straight into danger. She’s determined to live more bravely and she’s planning to start just as soon as she can hide behind her tough Wyoming rancher father—and be brave from there. Once in Wyoming, she finds her father is missing, possibly dead. Elijah can’t ignore a damsel in distress. He’s powerfully drawn to the little liar. In self-defense he turns his back on her. That leaves Annette her first perfect chance to stand up and face trouble.
She almost dies running away. Walker can’t help protecting her, especially since God pretty much dropped Annette straight into his unwilling arms. But helping her isn’t the same as trusting her, and that he will never do. As Annette and Walker fight their attraction, danger draws near and Christmas approaches. The bickering twosome will get one special chance to heal old heartbreaks and follow their own star.
