A PASSION REDEEMED JACKET BLURB WITHOUT MENTION OF MITCH:

Depth of beauty … shallow of heart, Charity O’Connor is a woman who gets what she wants. She sets her sights on a man who wants nothing to do with her, and although the sparks are there, he refuses to fan the coals of a potential relationship with a woman who ruined his life. Charity burned him once, destroying his engagement to the only woman he ever truly loved. He won’t play with matches again. But Charity has a plan to turn up the heat, hoping to ignite the heart of the man she loves. And she always gets what she wants—one way or another.

Interview with the heroine:

1. Charity, tell me the most interesting thing about you.

I’m afraid my greatest talent lies in the art of seduction. From makeup and cleavage, to lash-fluttering or crying on demand—I seem to have been blessed with inordinate ability.

2. What do you do for fun?

That’s easy … flirt with men … and think of ways to get back at my sister.

3. What do you put off doing because you dread it?

Telling the truth.

4. What are you afraid of most in life?

Not being loved.

5. What do you want out of life?

To win a certain man’s love, and then my father’s.

6. What is the most important thing to you?

Being cherished by the man I love.

7. Do you read? If so, what is your favorite type of book to read?

I don’t read, but if I did, it would be romance.

8. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

To be set free from the guilt of my past.

9. Do you have a pet? If so, what is it and why that pet?

Yes, a golden retriever named Blarney, because that is the pet I grew up with.

10. If you could travel back in time, where would you go and why?

To Dublin in 1916—a year before my sister, Faith, ever steps foot on the Isle—to win the heart of the man I love.
